Take a look at the aqua binary of Tcl/Tk at
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/unix_open_source/
Or you could try with the R binary of Jan de Leeuw (which includes Tcl/Tk)
at
http://gifi.stat.ucla.edu/pub/
