Not exactly but you might want to look at:
   http://www.psyctc.org/stats/R/CSC1.html
which works using R and CGIwithR and shows some of the logic of CSC.

I'd be very interested to help with doing something and know a bit 
about the issues and have proselytised for the idea a bit:
