[R] downloading the R program

What difficulties, instruction and operating system are you talking
about ?

1. Go to www.r-project.org
2. Click on CRAN under downloads
3. Choose a mirror
4. Go to pre-compiled binaries and select your OS 
5. If windows, choose base and right click and save on the exe file
