[R] Installing tseries package on MacOSX

Your version?  It is not broken in the version R-core distributes, but you
may be using it incorrectly.

Get the tarball from CRAN, called tseries_0.9-22.tar.gz.
In a shell, run  R CMD INSTALL tseries_0.9-22.tar.gz.
That's it.
