[R] 1.7.1 console unresponsive following "paste into"

This is a known bug of the "paste"-button that is only visible in Rgui 
in its mdi-mode and is fixed in the fortcoming R-1.8.0 (in development). 
Instead, you might want to use Ctrl+v or the menu.
