[R] Tkrplot works not

Did you re-install it after the upgrade to 1.7.0?  It might be there
were some changes necessary.  I'd suggest reinstalling it from CRAN,
and you'll get the appropriate version.

I just tried this in the 1.7.0 patched version, and everything worked
fine.
