[R] I can not load MASS at starting R

This is known: search the archives for the solutions (you are not intended
to use .Rprofile to call library(): that's the purpose of
options("defaultPackages") so set that, but there are at least two other 
solutions.)

Specifically, I sent a message to R-help on
