[R] Access to R from a remote location

Should be simple.  

No licensing for R, and I'm assuming you mean the Citrix metaframe
"winterm" product on top of Terminal Server (i.e. use RDP (remote
desktop protocol) with rdesktop, winterms, or similar clients).
