Try Frank Harrell's Design and Hmisc packages, which has a few imputation
methods. (http://hesweb1.med.virginia.edu/biostat/s/Hmisc.html)
norm or EMV packages also handles some imputation methods. (From CRAN)
MICE is another choice,
