FWIW, Barnes & Noble Technical (who now run Fatbrain) told me a week and a half 
ago (12 Sep) my back-ordered copy was on its way.  It hasn't arrived yet, but I 
don't expect it for another week (NZ is far from anywhere, and I usually pick 
cheap shipping).  $44.95 + shipping
