[R] tools-Sweave reference?

Hi ,
now using the Report-Series No.69
"Sweave: Dynamic Generation of Statistical
Reports Using Literate Data analysis"
i ask me exist anyway a reference list of the
special sweave commands ?

...in which folder i have to put
the fancyhbr.sty in my texmf\tex\latex???
