[R] TclTk

Dear Users
I know this problem has already been treated here, but I was unable to find
the answer.
When I try to load the tcltk I receive the message:

Error in firstlib(which.lib.loc, package) :
        TCL_LIBRARY is not set
Error in library(pkg, character.only = TRUE) :
        .First.lib failed

How can I fix this bug?
R 1.5.1 for Windows running on a XP plat.
