[R] data mining for R

....in my humble opinion especially DecisionTrees, Rule-Extracting-Algorithms and Bayesian-Networks are the common methods  in advanced and practical Data-Mining. 

The first one is possible in R with (Rpart)  -
the second and third one i miss, too but i'm on process and be attempt develope a package 
for association-rules (market-basket-analysis), but didn't know when i'm finished
(hopefully end of the year with easy GUI's) ,because i jump between Java(Weka)
and R.

I was wondering if R had a data mining componant and how i could get it. If not do you know anyone who is developing a datamining "plug in" for R
