[R] Limit on Function Size

The issue was the one I mentioned, the unchecked limit on the kept source.
As it is now checked, the buffers are no longer overwritten.  My guess is
that it was chance that this worked in 1.5.0.

Unfortunately, it seems options(keep.source=FALSE) was (and is) not
stopping the source being kept, and I need to track down that bug. (It is
harmless in the current R-devel.)
