[R] Performance of R Help - Thanks!

Martin,

I am sure that this does not get said often enough, but I wanted to
offer a note of thanks for the improved performance of the e-mail
lists lately. For me at least, the recent changes have resulted in a
decrease in the delivery time on r-help from 1.5 to 2.0 hours down to
about 30 to 35 minutes.

Thanks for your continued efforts in improving this valuable forum!
