Hi,
You can generate the combinations (package gregmisc) of the data.frame
indexes. With them, you get data.frame's columns based on those indexes and
finally you can pass them to the chiq.test function.
Carlos.

Asunto: [R] pairs and triples of a data.frame
I have a data frame with about 60 columns.
I would like to run a chisq.test on all possible pairs of columns and on all
triples.
Is there an easy way to do it ?
Andreas
