Divide it by 60?

  tminutes<-time/60
  boxplot ( tminutes~movement*scene, ylab = "Time (minutes)", xlab =

or just
   boxplot ( I(time/60)~movement*scene, ylab = "Time (minutes)", xlab =
	"Condition")
