[R] using R under windows

When saving the file under Notepad, change the file type to "All files" so 
that Notepad doesn't screw with the extension. Alternatively, you could use 
a better editor, such as WinEdt or Emacs (there's information on the R 
website at <http://cran.r-project.org/other-software.html>).
