[R] Compiled help for 1.61 in Win XP ?

I think no fix is required, because it works on WinXP perfectly, at
least for me.

What happens if you do

 options(chmhelp = TRUE)
 ?plot

??? If the compiled HTML doesn't start, your WinXP installation
certainly is broken.
