[R] problem compiling R-1.6.1 on WinNT: pcre

My apologies: I downloaded that file when I was trying to compile 1.6.0
(which I never gotten around to before 1.6.1 was released), and I must have
downloaded the GnuWin32 version of the source (no idea why I did that...),
rather than the "official" one.

Sorry, I cannot find "pcre-3.9-src.zip" on sourceforge, just the correct
files...
The name of the file is different from that one that is requested in
"Install".

If you think so, please send a suggestion how to improve it to Duncan
Murdoch, the windows maintainer.

Best,
