[R] SuSE rpms for 1.6.1 uploaded to CRAN

SuSE rpms of R-base-1.6.1 including recommended packages for versions 7.3, 8.0,
8.1 of SuSEs Linux have been uploaded to Vienna.
They should appear on CRAN within 24 hours.
