[R] Re dyn.load()

Dear R-help,

This is a follow up to my request for help of the 22nd October 2002 on 
linking Sybase Embedded-SQL to R using dyn.load().

The problem was caused by a symbol clash, and was solved by pushing the 
Sybase Embedded-SQL library to the head of the LD_LIBRARY_PATH list in R.
