[R] savePlot without displaying it

It is not possible. savePlot records the graphics commands in the
device's playlist, so there has to be a playlist.  Logically you cannot
`save' a non-existent plot.

savePlot is Windows-only, and you can plot directly on any of the devices
it uses, so I don't see any need for this.
