[R] Printing a plot on Windows

Look in the R-help archives.  Yes, it is a bug, but only in the GUI.  You
can use dev.print(win.print), for example, or copying to the clipboard
and printing from there.  It's fixed in the current R-patched, but that's
only currently available as source code.
