[R] Cluster validation and FOM

Dear r-help,

I wonder if there is an implementation in R  of the so called Figure of
Merit as in 
K. Y. Yeung et al. Validating clustering for gene expression data. ISMB
2001.
(I did not find one via help.search nor cran)

Or does anybody know of other R-packages containing algorithms for
cluster validation?
