[R] Lapack not found on R MacOS 9.1

Hello,

Does anyone knows this error message:

error in La.eigen(cv, symmetric=TRUE):lapack routines cannot be loaded.

apparently related to a missing or incompatible lapack library in R 1.4.1
full for MacOS (v. 9.1)?
If yes, what should I do to get correct access to the lapack library?
