[R] Upgrade R and the current workingspace

See the rw-FAQ.  Any file you created need to be moved, but c:\program
files\R\rw1041\ is a peculiar place to hold your personal files, and I
think you need to read the sections in the rw-FAQ about setting up
shortcuts.
