[R] readline/R

It has been  my experience that readline "doesn't really work" in vi mode
in sun cmdtool (sun-cmd) windows on solaris.  (In the sense that it doesn't
properly refresh the recalled lines.)  But this is a known problem of readline
not of R, I believe, and in an xterm window things are fine.
