[R] reverse engineering

As in the case of many such constraints, I think that the anti-reverse
engineering clauses attached to software licenses probably violate other
freedoms that have greater legal priority. This is a job for the courts
to decide, but at least in the USA it is hard to have much confidence in
their impartiality and wisdom.
