Of a long-obselete version of R, I suspect.

If it persists with R 1.5.1, send a bug report.

WHY is it that so many R users get confused about the version number?
There is no such thing as `R 1.4', and perhaps you could tell us where
you got that idea from so we can stem the confusion it causes.
