I completed my conversion from SuSE to debian during the last months, so I
have no more SuSE installation to build rpms on.

Meanwhile Detlef Steuer had success in trying my rpm build scripts on
his machine and is willing to take over the SuSE rpm builder job.  

Please give him some more days to complete the rpms and clarify upload
mechanisms to cran.
