Not easily, but someone does run it on a 133MHz Pentium with 8Mb of RAM.
I hope you don't want to use less than that, and believe 16Mb is
highly desirable.
It needs about 25Mb of disc space for a fullish installation, about 12Mb
for a minimal one (but I have not verified the latter figure recently).
This is not in the details because it is hard to check such modest
requirements.
