[R] library() with v. 1.5.0 for Mac OS X Carbon

I solved the problem by compiling the packages with the Mac UNIX
(Darwin) R version to get the help files and then concatenating all the
R source files to a single file with the name of the package (Biobase)
for Carbon R. I don't know why Carbon requires this. I also had to
obtain a working copy of the Carbon version of the methods package from
Stefano Iacus.

I would be happy to provide the files for Bioconductor if that is of
interest. Most other Mac users are not familiar enough with UNIX to
easily install and upgrade the Darwin version of R, so it would be
helpful if Bioconductor supported the Carbon version.
