[R] installing R on Red Hat 7.1

Did you actually try installing R-base? I don't quite see the readline
issue causing trouble on 7.1 (whereas the rpm for 7.1 required a
compatibility .rpm to run on 7.2). It links against libreadline.so.4
which should exist in both places.

However the tcltk issue may be tricky. For some odd reason the 7.2 rpm
is linked against libtcl.so.0 and libtk.so.0 which don't exist in 7.1.
This is pretty peculiar, but I suspect that it can be fixed by making
the two files symlinks to libtcl.so and libtk.so.
