[R] Problem about Rconsole: R for Windows Version 1.5.0 Patched (2002-06-05 and 2002-06-12)

   There are system copies of these files in `R_HOME\etc'. Users can
   have personal copies of the files: these are looked for in the
   location given by the environment variable `R_USER'. The system
   files are read only if a corresponding personal file is not found.

   If the environment variable `R_USER' is not set, the R system sets
   it to `HOME' if that is set (stripping any trailing slash),
   otherwise to `HOMEDIR:HOMEPATH' if `HOMEDIR' is set otherwise to
   the working directory.

I assume you didn't set 'HOME', so HOMEDRIVE:HOMEPATH (that's a bug in
the help file, I think) is used, regularly this is c:\ on windows. I'll
file the bug to R-bugs shortly.

Works for me on a self-compiled R-patched 2002-06-12, may be a small
problem during compilation of that "public binary" occured.
