[R] compiling packages

Hello again. As suggested i just run make
pkg-c:/r_src/src/library/addreg --library=c:/r_src/library
and the thing did not work. So I copy the folder 'addreg' to
rw1051/src/library and now just called make pkg-addreg and it compiled
help etc.
I do not know Perl etc but seems that the script has problems with paths

My gcc is 2.95.2 and Perl is 5.6.1.626, BDR's utils is the latest
