[R] Error at save.image() with SetupRpatched.exe

I'm a bit reluctant to compile R under win95, as I install Rwin on a
labtop
only for eventual use, carrying out most of my work on a linux
machine, and I know very little on the many nuances  of the Win* OS.

I'll try this afternoon, anyway. What file should I download?
 R-patched_2002-06-04.tar.gz ?
