[R] RSPerl on OS X

I finally have my Mac setup with an up-to-date OS and have managed to
get GGobi and its plugins compiled and running correctly. Since this
model is similar to R, over the next few weeks, I should be able to now
resolve the builds for the Omegahat packages that have
issues. Thankfully, Jan (and others) have worked on several of the
packages.
