My execution
make pdf > make_pdf_out.txt

creates a file make_pdf_out.txt of 148753 bytes, with many lines
such as:
Underfull \hbox (badness 5548) in paragraph at lines 695--697
or
Overfull \hbox (23.9801pt too wide) in paragraph at lines 26468--26468
 []           \T1/aett/m/n/10 xlab = NULL, ylab = deparse(substitute(x)),
frame
.plot = is.num, ...)[]
[474] [475] [476] [477] [478] [479]

Should I send this file somewhere?

Agus
