[R] R on Sharp Zaurus 5500?

Dirk, help me get this straight: Do the cross-compile libraries for
the Zauron work better than those for the the Debian/ARM port? Or did
both improve substantially since last we played with it? (One of which
seems not unlikely since they appear to have Java running). Otherwise,
be very suspicious and check that it not only runs, but also gives
correct results for cases with missing values...

>From my peeks at the Zauron docs, it would seem that you'd need to
write a new graphics driver for the embedded-Qt stuff since there's no
ordinary X server running on the machine. If that would work on
generic Qt to make up a "kR" interface (KDE-look+feel compatible),
that could be well worth it anyway.
