[R] tseries library coredumps on redhat6.1

If I remember correctly, there was a problem with the fortran compiler
on Red Hat 6.1, so you will get this behaviour from any R package
that contains fortran code (neither wavethresh nor boot do).

NB Your installation of R is out of date. You should be using
1.5.1.
