[R] R on Tru64 5.1

OSF 5 seems to not like having the same library dyn.loaded twice,
which the build of methods in 1.4 happens to do (OSF 4.0 seemed to be
able to cope with this).  This should be fixed in the current
R-patched snapshot.  I believe you can fix it manually by removing the
the dyn.load expression at the end of src/library/methods/R/zzz.R.
