Dear List,
I have a SQL query that I need to run against Oracle. The query is long,
approx 30 lines. It runs fine in SQL/Plus and is fully optimized. I can't
figure out how to pass the query to the sqlQuery function of RODBC. The
query has many commas and quoted strings which seem to confuse R when I
attempt to make a long string out of it. Are there any examples on what to
do with complex SQL queries and the R/S language. I can make a stored
procedure out of this but I don't what to do it for every "advanced" query
that I write.
Thank You in advance,
Richard Yanicky
