When you have managed to equal some small fraction of Peter 
Dalgaard's contributions to R, then perhaps you will be entitled to 
whine about the occasional rhetorical flourish on r-help.  Until that 
time, r-help posts such as this demonstrate only, to borrow your 
term, uncouth behavior.
