When rpm's are available on installation CD's I do not think it is a good
idea to look for them on rpmfind.

Install liblapack3 from your installation CD #3, or download the rpm
directly from a Mandrake mirror site.
Install libgcc3.0 from your instllation CD #2, or download the pm directly
from a Mandrake mirror site.

In general, when an RPM install fails, you can find which rpm's provide
the files needed with:

urpmf nameofmissingfile
