[R] Packages mva or multiv: How to stretch dendrograms?

Hello everybody,

is there a possibility to stretch a hclust (or hierclust)-tree by plot,
let`s say to double width, so that the names of the nodes are readable and
that I might print it on two a4-pages?
At the moment I use
plot(hc, cex=0.6, hang=0, sub="", xlab="", ylab="" ...)
plot.dendrogram does not work due to the highly nested structure of my
result.

Many thanks for your hints and advice,
Petra Steiner
