[R] R under Windows XP

If you are running Rgui under Windows XP and would prefer the widgets to
have an XP-compatible look-and-feel, you will need to get the file

http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/RWin/Rgui.exe.manifest

and drop it into the same directory as Rgui.exe (...\rw1041\bin in the
current version).

This seems one of the more obscure arcana introduced with Windows XP.
We will incorporate it into future releases.
