That proves very little.  My PRNN book had 30 copies on sale at NIPS in
November 1995, but was not officially published until 1996.  Advance
copies are often available weeks before the warehouses have them.

www.springer-ny.com does say both ISwR and MASS4 are published and in
stock, which it did not a week ago.
