[R] problem installing R-1.5.1 on hpux 11.11

I ran into a problem installing R-1.5.1 on HPUX 11.11.

Running make check produces the following result in the base-Ex.R test:

running code in 'base-Ex.R' ...Undefined subroutine &R::Utils::fill called at /o
pt/local/src/R-1.5.1/share/perl/R/Utils.pm line 211.
 OK

What perl module is the "fill" routine used here from?
