I guess you mean the p-values (shown as 'Pr(>F)') of the test.
I do not know a way to extract these values from an aov object or
summary(aov).
You could of course sink() the output to a file.
But if you used my.lm <- lm(...) and my.anova <- anova(my.lm) instead,
you can easily
access the values by
> my.anova$"Pr(>F)"
